Skin Lab Medispa was founded by Ramin, a medically trained aesthetic practitioner with over 15 years of NHS clinical experience and more than 8 years specialising in medical aesthetics.

The clinic was born from a frustration Ramin encountered throughout his career, patients arriving having been overtreated, or sold procedures they did not need, by practitioners who prioritised revenue over results. He saw patients who had lost confidence not because of how they aged, but because of how they had been treated.

He founded Skin Lab Medispa to be different. Not a clinic that chases trends or fills every face the same way. Not a place where the hardest sell wins. A clinic where every patient receives an honest assessment, a personalised treatment plan, and results that make them look like a better version of themselves, never someone else.

Ramin is a medically trained advanced aesthetic practitioner whose clinical background gives Skin Lab Medispa a depth of medical expertise that sets it apart from the majority of aesthetic clinics in Marylebone and across London.

His background in pharmacy and NHS prescribing means he approaches every patient with a rigorous understanding of how treatments interact with the body, what the evidence actually says about efficacy and safety, and what the right clinical decision is — not just the most commercially convenient one. His 15 years in NHS clinical environments gave him a standard of patient care that he has carried directly into aesthetic medicine.

His 8 years as an advanced aesthetic practitioner have given him extensive experience across the full range of treatments offered at Skin Lab Medispa — from anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers to polynucleotides, PRP, exosome therapy, skin boosters, microneedling, and IV drip therapy. He believes in continuing professional development and stays at the leading edge of aesthetic medicine to ensure every patient benefits from the most current and evidence-based treatments available.
