First-time patients who want to experience lip filler without committing to a full millilitre. Patients with naturally fuller lips who want maintenance and hydration rather than added volume. And patients who have previously had 1ml and want a lighter top-up between fuller treatments to maintain their result. Results from 0.5ml typically last 4 to 9 months depending on individual metabolism and lifestyle. What to expect: your appointment takes approximately 45 minutes including consultation, treatment, and aftercare guidance. Topical numbing cream is applied before treatment for comfort. Some mild swelling and tenderness is normal for 24 to 72 hours — final results are visible at two weeks.
