Rejuran S with Subcision -Scar Treatmen
Advanced scar remodelling. Rejuran S and subcision combined for maximum results.
Service Description
Rejuran S with Subcision is our most advanced scar treatment — combining two of the most clinically effective scar remodelling techniques into a single appointment for patients with acne scarring, surgical scars, or depressed scarring that has not responded adequately to surface treatments alone. Rejuran S is a high concentration PDRN polynucleotide formulation specifically developed for scar treatment and skin remodelling. The S formulation has a higher viscosity than standard Rejuran — making it particularly effective for filling and remodelling depressed scars, stimulating collagen production within scar tissue, and improving the texture, tone, and overall appearance of scarred skin at a cellular level. Subcision is a minor surgical technique in which a fine needle or cannula is inserted beneath a depressed scar and moved in a fanning motion to physically release the fibrous bands that tether the scar to the underlying tissue — pulling it downward and creating the depressed appearance. Once these bands are released the scar lifts naturally and the space created beneath it fills with new collagen as healing occurs. Subcision addresses the structural cause of depressed scarring rather than simply improving its surface appearance. The combination of Rejuran S and subcision is significantly more effective than either treatment delivered alone. Subcision releases the structural tethering that causes the depression. Rejuran S then floods the released tissue with regenerative growth factor signals — accelerating collagen production, improving skin quality in the scar tissue, and enhancing the overall remodelling response. The result is a meaningful and lasting improvement in scar depth, texture, and appearance that builds progressively over the weeks following treatment. This treatment is particularly effective for rolling acne scars, boxcar acne scars, surgical scars with tethering, and any depressed scar where fibrous banding beneath the skin surface is contributing to the appearance. A course of three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart is recommended for optimal results. Results develop gradually and continue improving for several months after completing the course as new collagen remodels and matures. Every appointment begins with a thorough medical consultation and scar assessment. We will always give you an honest assessment of what this treatment can realistically achieve for your specific scarring before proceeding. Appointment time is appr
