About these terms
These terms apply when you book or receive treatment from Skin Lab Medispa or use skinlabmedispa.co.uk. By booking, you agree to them. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Booking and consultation
Every treatment starts with a medical consultation. Our practitioner will assess whether a treatment is suitable for you and may decline or postpone treatment if it is not safe or appropriate. Booking an appointment is not a guarantee that treatment will go ahead.
Who can book
Treatments are for adults aged 18 or over. We may ask for photo identification.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us complete and accurate medical information, including medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and previous treatments. You also agree to follow the aftercare advice we give you and to attend any review appointment recommended.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on our website and booking page are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at your appointment. When you book online you can choose to pay a £50 deposit, which counts towards the cost of your treatment, or to pay nothing online and pay in full at your visit. Prices may change, but a price confirmed at booking will not.
Results
Results vary between individuals and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome. Your practitioner will explain what is realistic for you during your consultation.

Photographs
We may take clinical photographs for your treatment record. We will use them publicly, for example on our website or social media, only with your separate written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Our responsibility to you
We will provide treatment with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen.
Using our website
The content of this website is for general information and is not medical advice. Everything on it belongs to us or is used with permission, and you may not copy it for commercial use without our written consent.
Complaints

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will show the date above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring claims in your local courts.
